We did the reading so you don't have to.
Here’s how we find what’s actually true about midlife health — and how we decide what’s worth your time.
The problem we’re solving
Women navigating perimenopause and menopause face an information landscape that’s either clinical and impenetrable — written for researchers, not readers — or breezy and oversimplified, written to sell you something. Finding genuinely useful, evidence-informed guidance in plain English is harder than it should be.
That’s the gap this site exists to fill.
What “research” actually means here
Every article on this site starts with primary sources — peer-reviewed journals, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, not press releases or brand-sponsored summaries. We use AI tools to search, synthesise, and surface relevant findings across large bodies of literature, then apply editorial judgment to assess what’s credible, what’s overstated, and what’s missing context.
How we use sources
- We cite actual studies, institutions, and researchers
- We note when evidence is strong versus preliminary
- We update content when new research contradicts what we’ve written
- We don’t cite studies funded entirely by manufacturers of products we cover
What we won't do
We won’t pretend the evidence is clearer than it is. We won’t overstate a preliminary finding as settled science. We won’t hide behind vague phrases like “studies show” without telling you what those studies actually found.
Honest about our limitations
Serenis Naturals is a content and publishing site. Our content is for general informational purposes only. When evidence is conflicting or unclear, we’ll say so — and we’ll always recommend working with your own healthcare provider for personal medical decisions.
