The article you needed and couldn’t find — help us write it.

The best health writing doesn’t come from writers filling a brief. It comes from people who lived through the confusion and want to hand something genuinely useful forward.

A woman writing thoughtfully at a desk in warm natural light

There’s a specific moment most women describe when they talk about perimenopause. Not the symptoms themselves — the moment they went looking for answers and came back empty.

The forums were overwhelming. The medical sites were clinical and cold. The wellness blogs were selling something. What they needed was a clear, honest account of what was actually happening in their bodies — written by someone who understood the research and respected their intelligence enough to explain it properly.

That’s what Serenis Naturals exists to be. And it’s what we’re inviting people to contribute to.

Three ways to contribute

If you’ve been through it

You don’t need credentials to have something worth saying. If you’ve navigated perimenopause or menopause — the diagnosis that took too long, the thing that finally helped, the information you found in year three that you wish you’d had in year one — we want to hear from you.

If you understand the research

The science on midlife women’s health is more robust than most people realise — it’s just not well communicated. If you have a background in nutrition, endocrinology, or a related field, and you’re frustrated by the gap between what the literature shows and what women are told, we’d like to talk.

If you can do both

Writing that explains a study clearly enough that a woman acts on it correctly is a specific skill — and a rare one. If you sit at the intersection of research and plain language, and you care about where that skill gets applied, this is a place it’s genuinely needed.

We’re not offering paid roles. What we are doing is building a resource that serves women for years — and if contributing to that is appealing in itself, we’d like to hear from you.
